You are our representative. Once we send you out on an assignment with one of our clients, you become a Johnson Staffing employee. Our standards for referring candidates to our clients are high. That is one of the main reasons our clients continually utilize our service for their temporary staffing needs. Please always remember that you are our representative and your professionalism will reflect not only on yourself, but also on our service. To get the best assignments, complete each assignment in a professional, courteous and business-like manner. Be as flexible and proactive as possible. Keeping in contact with Johnson Staffing is imperative to providing the best service, so if your job description should change, or if overtime is required, please be sure and notify us as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary pay rate adjustments. Also notify us if the length of your assignment changes (shorter or longer). | |
