Timesheets and Payday Our pay period is Sunday through Saturday. Your current weeks hours must be received by 10:00 am the following Monday. Fax or drop off your time sheets sometime between the end of the day on Friday and Monday at 10:00 AM. Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, phone (415) 986-3378 (24 hr. voice mail) and fax (415) 986-2282. Payday is the following Thursday for the previous week worked. Original timesheets may be turned in when you pick up your check on Thursday. Please keep in mind the importance of the 10:00 AM Monday deadline. If we do not receive your hours on time, we cannot issue a paycheck until the following week.
