Leon has been in the staffing industry for over seventeen years, and has achieved his state and federal professional designations — Certified Employment Specialist (C.E.S.), and Certified Personnel Consultant (C.P.C.).  Leon is a well-known leader in the staffing industry.  He was Vice President and Executive Officer for the California Association of Temporary Staffing Services (CATSS), and he has served on committees for many of the statewide staffing associations.  Leon has a B.S. degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources, from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
