The STRESS Interview
The key is to never let them see you sweat. The stress interview is designed to test your reaction when the going gets tough. Regardless how stressful the situation is, you must stay calm. Keep your eyes to the interviewer. When he/she asks a question, use a few seconds to compose yourself and then calmly and clearly answer the question

The SITUATIONAL Interview
"What would happen if..."
There's nothing like the terror of hypothetical questions from an interviewer's rich imagination. You will have to devote a great deal of thought to each of these questions. When caught in a snare, calm down and slowly
answer the question truthfully. Honesty is the best policy! The BEHAVIORAL Interview
Some interviewers will dig into your past experience in hopes of
learning your behavioral history on a variety of job situations. What on-the-job disasters have you survived? How well did you handle pressure? They will then use this information and presume your future reactions on this job. If you feel you didn't handle an on-the-job situation too well, admit to the fact and explain what you would do differently the next time around. The TEAM Interview
Typically you will meet with a group, or a panel of interviewers. Team interviews may possibly be a candidate's worst nightmare, but in reality, these interviews are fair since the outcome will be determined by the whole group rather than one single person. Because you are dealing with a group, you will be asked a broader range of questions that will underline your skills and expertise. Take your time and treat every member of the team with equal respect. And no matter which type of interview you may have, remember, if you are interested in the position…ALWAYS ASK FOR THE JOB!
